Capabilities and settings in the IDgo Admin Configuration Tab
Explanation of IDgo Admin Configuration Tab
Within the IDgo Admin web application is a tab labeled "Configuration" that includes the status (disabled/enabled) of capabilities for each customer environment, including the following. Currently, customers are not able to change the settings on their own but can request the IDgo Team to change the status of any capability.
Authentication Capabilities
-
Registered Device - a device-based alternative to Passkeys that stores an encrypted credential on the user's device for future authentication.
-
Silent Network Authentication - Re-establishes proof of possession when the encrypted device credential is unavailable, such as after a device change or credential loss. IDgo uses Silent Network Authentication when available and falls back to SMS OTP if not available. Silent Network Authentication is not available when a user is on WiFi network only, it is available when a user is on a mobile carrier network only.
-
Outbound Authentication - Identifies authentications initiated during outbound calls so IDgo can use the appropriate end-user messaging.
Authentication Policy
-
Authentication Expiration - the time after which authentication request links expire.
-
Location Sharing - geolocation of the IDgo user's device which requires consent from the user.
-
Configured Messaging Experience - version of messaging when an authentication request is presented to an IDgo user that includes the phase "Our system indicates you contacted us. If you did not, click No."
-
Outbound Messaging Experience - version of messaging used when an enterprise user selects the Outbound Call feature in the IDgo Agent application.
- Call Center Mobile-Entry Countries - Countries available for mobile-number entry in the IDgo Agent application.

- Porting History - Detects mobile numbers recently ported from one carrier to another.

- Offer IDgo - Adds a guided enrollment-offer flow within the IDgo Agent application. The Offer IDgo button presents a script with Enroll and Decline actions, can present a selection of reasons for decline to choose from and declined offers are retained for future interactions.
