Features of the IDgo Admin Application

The IDgo Admin application is used by live agents to to setup employees as agent users with permissions and to access transaction reports about IDgo enrollments and authentications.

If a user has the permission enabled to be an “Admin” in IDgo Admin, they can create and delete IDgo Agent and IDgo Admin users and can login to both IDgo Agent and IDgo Admin with the same credentials.
Users who have permission to access IDgo Admin can access the following reports:
- Agent Accounts - list of names, email addresses and permissions granted to agent users.
- Agent Enrollments - list of enrollments by user.
- Agent Enrollments & 1st Auth – list of agent-based enrollments and first authentications for pre-enrolled users.
- Authentications – list of authentication transactions for each user.
- Revoked Enrollments – list of enrollments that have been revoked and the reason for revoking.
