Monthly FTP file listing all IDgo accounts
Version 1.1
This file provides a complete list of “who has IDgo”, and the status of each account.
- When requested, the file will be setup to be produced monthly
- Dropped into a IDgo secure FTP site
- Each enterpriseʼs data will be isolated in a unique Azure Blob Storage “container” using the subdomain as the name.
- Access to the files in the Azure SFTP site will be managed with “local users” or SSH keys.
- Files are in CSV format.
- Files are created in the root folder of the SFTP site.
- Monthly file name format: “AllAccounts-{YYYY}-{MM}-{DD}”
- Example: AllAccounts-2023-10-31.csv
File specification
File columns:
- 1. Mobile number (E.164 formatted number)
- 2. Enrollment count - count of times this account has been enrolled
- 3. First enrollment date in UTC
- 4. First enrollment type
E = Enrolled
P = Pre-Enrolled
- 5. First enrollment by (Agent name or “PreEnroll”)
- 6. Last enrollment date in UTC
- 7. Last enrollment type
E = Enrolled
P = Pre-Enrolled
- 8. Last enrollment by (Agent name or “PreEnroll”)
- 9. Enrollment completed
0 = No, the required verifications were never completed
1 = Yes, the required verifications were completed (always 1 for pre-enrolled accounts)
- 10. Revoked
0 = No, the enrollment has not been revoked
1 = Yes, this enrollment has been revoked
- 11. Revoked date in UTC
- 12. Revoked by (Agent name or API)
- 13. Revoked reason text
- 14. Authentication enabled
0 = No, authentications can not be invoked via the API or IDgo Agent
1 = Yes, authentications can be invoked via the API or IDgo Agent
- 15. Customer Key (optional) - if provided by Relying Party
